But with size comes challenges: How can they ensure that all colleagues, whether in the office, in production, or on the go – are not only informed but also emotionally engaged? In particular, this meant:

Many colleagues, especially those working in production, have no access to a PC and/or no company phone. Internal news, information like shift schedules, or online services were often inaccessible to them.

Important documents (e.g., safety guidelines, internal updates) were difficult to find.
