We also take pride in our conscious awareness of social responsibility. These principles are documented in this Code of Conduct, which reflects our ambition for value-driven business practices.

The cornerstone of ethical behaviour is ensuring that this Code of Conduct is actively embraced, lived, and integrated into every facet of our business operations.

This Code outlines the fundamental principles and rules that define Cloudflight’s approach to integrity and accountability. It applies to all employees across every Cloudflight entity and serves as both a goal and a commitment. We pledge to adhere to these principles consistently, fostering a culture of trust and responsibility not only within Cloudflight but also in our interactions with customers, business partners, and society at large. Therefore we also expect our business partners to commit to and uphold the principles outlined in our Code of Conduct.

To support the implementation and maintenance of these policies, Cloudflight has appointed a Compliance Officer. This individual is tasked with overseeing their application, regularly reviewing them, and making updates where necessary to ensure ongoing relevance and effectiveness.

Science Based Targets initiative

To actively reduce greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions, Cloudflight has adopted science-based targets. We firmly believe that accountability is key and that organizations must reduce emissions across their value chain.

Science Based Targets

Our goals and targets are the following:

  • Reduce our Scope 1 and 2 GHG emissions 43,7% by 2030*
  • Reduce our Scope 3 GHG emissions 25% by 2030*
  • Reach net-zero GHG emissions across the value chain by 2050*
  • Reduce absolute Scope 1, 2 and 3 GHG emissions 90% by 2050*

Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD)

 

In line with the EU’s Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive, Cloudflight publishes detailed annual sustainability reports. These reports provide transparency on our progress, goals, and environmental impact.

To foster a culture of accountability, Cloudflight has implemented a whistleblower system powered by Vispato. This system allows for anonymous reporting of potential violations at any time, ensuring confidentiality and integrity throughout the process.
